Test Build of Windows 10 IoT Core on Raspberry pi doesn't boot after few boots

I have test build of my application for Windows 10 IoT Core on Raspberry pi 3B. It works normally when we use it. And works fine in general. However, after a few boots, the system doesn't boot at all and we get the following screen of Windows Boot Manager.

Could this be the issue of the SD card or something else? What could be a way to repair this or avoid this in future projects.
