I have 2 dataframe, one with the budget and one with the actual

Actual Group / Acount / 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 ... 12 Total Rubro A / 123 / 5/8 Rubro B / 220 5/8

I want to compare February

Group /Mounth / Acum Group 2 / 2 --- Budget / Actual Budget / Actual Rubro A 10 /8 20 / 13 Rubro B 10 / 8 20 / 13 What would be the code to build the new dataframe ?? Thank
