Image fade after unity scene transition

I want it to be in the game like the graphic I did in Unity, but it does not work, the graphic I want to be as shown in the 1st picture, then when I click the 'Next' button, the graphic below becomes the graphic when the scene is refreshed, and the view on the mobile in the 2nd picture.

I don't know how I can fix this.

I looked for a change in settings, but I didn't see any change.
