Seaborn relplot titles and y labels

I currently have a seaborn relplot

Which creates this figure.

I want to do two things with this figure. First, I want to remove all of the subplot titles. Second, I want to set each y label (even the interior ones) to be "Oxide" + " Wt %", but can't figure out how to do either.
