React main folder (SPA) Is not pushing to github

I am trying to add my main SPA folder which contains just about the entire react website in it.

I am using github desktop to do this, and everything is pushing fine except for one folder, that being SPA which again contains everything I need.

When I push the entire project, every file and folder on github disappears and is pushed correcty, except one that stays still. It renamed itself to sspa in githubdesktop however it remains just spa in my files. I suspect because ive messed around but I dont think it will be an issue.

When I try to push it again, it gives me this message what it shows me.

Any help is appreciated.
