React JS not rendering a valid img URL

I am stumped on an issue with React JS rendering a valid img URL. The URL is an Instagram profile pic I got from a Rapid API's Instagram. The URL works, in fact my profile pic here at SO is from that url. When inspecting the broken img it shows that the src's url is correctly displayed. I have tried different Rapid APIs for Instagram but they all return the same exact profile image url. I have tried searching for answers but don't think anyone else has encountered this issue. React is rendering google images just fine, see attached screenshots. Any input would be greatly appreciated
