How to show popup box automaticaly but only on non firefox broswer

My site's recommended browser is Firefox, and want to let the user use Firefox instead of chrome and edge, so i make this code

When user use Chrome
Popup above
Tap Learn More or Cancel
Continue to surf my site

When user use Firefox
Noting Popup
Continue to surf my site

I want to make this pop up box only show up on other browser but not Firefox, so that it won't affect the user that already using Firefox, How should I do
