Get notification of alerts on graph - tradingview

To begin with I want to mention I have not actually used tradingview before so I apologise if I do not explain correctly.

There are scripts setup to make indicator plots seen in the picture below, now I would like to receive alerts/webhook notification when these alerts are either set or triggered. Preferably on plot but either works.

Either alerts or is there a way via api or scraping where which i am able to pull all the alerts on the graph then i can process these myself.

I understand this is minimal information so if there are any questions please ask, guidance would be really appreciated.
