Wordpress - WPForms configuring DropZone options to allow file chunking on upload

seems like a rare question, but here goes.

I'm using the Wordpress plugin WP Forms - which in turn uses the native DropZone JS library to handle uploads. Now I run into issues when trying to upload large files (200MB each), and I know that DropZone supports file chunking.

Just not that familiar with WPForms API, and how to hook to modify DropZone options - seems like there's examples or documentation out there. Hoping for a hail mary!
