RScript on Big Sur

Concisely: how do I get Rscript to be part of my path on Big Sur?

Longer version: I have installed R using the pkg found here: https://cran.r-project.org/bin/macosx/

R.app works just fine.

However, when I open a terminal (running zsh) I am unable to find either R or Rscript. I suspect it is a matter of adding something to my path, but I just cannot figure out what or how....

My ultimate goal is to be able to run scripts in R using RScript.
