PSQL create database password

Help please,

this is the first time I'm trying to use psql

after I created DB with command CREATE DATABASE Vera "which created database named Vera"

I tried to access it with psql -U Vera and it asked for password even tho I never input any password for it

what is the default password ? where can I find it , help please thanks
