Only one hangfire recurring job is not running in the live server and in the database there are no records

I have 2 web apps. Uat & live. I have scheduled same jobs in both environments. But a recurring job which is scheduled @13 utc hour is not firing in the live server and in the live server there is no way that i can see the scheduled jobs. In the database i can't see any records of the jobs that is scheduled
