MS Graph - When receiving Teams messages, Forbidden is sometimes returned

While receiving Teams messages (we use Microsoft Graph API Beta version), the following error occurs sometimes:
Status Code: Forbidden
Microsoft.Graph.ServiceException: Code: UnknownError,
which occurs for request GET /teams/{id}/channels/{id}/messages/delta.
After a while, the same query starts working. It does not look like a problem with rights, permissions, since in this case it would not work at all. But in reality, it works, then it doesn't. We can't reproduce the problem.
