Is there a program to calculate CPI (Cycles Per Instruction)? [closed]

I have this homework:

Investigate how many cores your computer's CPU have, as well as the maximum number of instructions that it can execute per cycle and the maximum clock frequency it can achieve. Use that information to compute the peak performance of your computer in MIPS.

My CPU is an i5-10400, I have all the specs but I have no idea of how to get the IPC.
