Is there any way to create time limited windows sandboxes with AWS/Azure like there in Microsoft Learn?

I actually require a small task/ live test in Windows for my learning website. The sandbox will open with a arranged sequence of programs in the desktop or in an application. I have seen the application in Microsoft Learn and in Google IT Support Certification. The link shall be dynamic, time limited and once used it shall never work again. That's the part with programming (My app is in react.) And Of course, the sandbox should have internet access.

I have tried with AWS AppStream 2.0 in many ways to create a windows sandbox. But the biggest limitations are the Userpool which really costly (every user require it individually) and hard to automate with so many users, the fleet does not start with a arranged sequence in Desktop which is really essential.

How can I achieve what I am looking for? No matter whatever is the cloud service provider (but the pricing is also a matter here). Thanks
