How to Track and count objects in images or videos in Delphi

I am working on a medical analysis program. I want to count the number of sperms in the image. And to track each sperm on different images . With the need to do this accurately, because one of the requirements of the program is to determine the range of movement of each sperm to know whether it is active or not and to know the number of abnormal sperms. Please help, because I searched a lot and still haven't found a solution
