How to retain CSS properties of a downloaded HTML file? [closed]

I downloaded one self created HTML file with certain contents like input div,card etc with the help of javascript but i am not able to retain the CSS assigned to those divs, only the HTML is getting downloaded, not the CSS assigned to it.
