How to remove the matched string and also everything after that?

I have this string:

Copy test Trunk 396bce2a-d787-415c-ab1b-8dc755ea7bc0

I would like to match on the word Trunk, remove that word and also remove everything after that matched word.

What do I need to do for a regex match and replace for this scenario?
