How do I paste Rich Text Box into form in Visual Studio?

How do I paste(I'm not sure that's the right word (Past)) Rich Text Box into form in Visual Studio? (This is a notebook like the Windows notepad) So that if the user wants to change the size of the window, Richtextbox will not be a problem?
