Can I input a SVG into a WinForm?

Can I use a certain NuGet Package to have a extra control to put a SVG on? Is it possible to use a WebBrowser to put a SVG on it? I've tried doing this:

webB.DocumentText = "<a>Hello World!</a>"  

but nothing shows up.
