vs2019 deploy installer include

I try to distribute(deploy?) my application in .NET at Visual studio 2019.

I want to distribute additional driver that possible in offline .

etc .NET Framework, other driver...

message mean is "You don't have .net framework. Would you like to download it now?"

However, it cannot be downloaded without internet.

I have .NET Framework v4.7.2 installer, But I don't know how to include it in my project installer for offline.

For reference, I am not trying to install Visual studio or .Net Framework.
