Visual Studio is not running on Windows Server 2008 R2 DataCentrer Server

I am trying to open Visual Studio into the Windows Server 2008 R2 Datacenter. There are multiple users for this server. Others are able to open Visual Studio, Earlier I also able to open the visual studio. But somehow it stops working. I can see the Visual studio popup window, also able to see the process of visual studio running into the task manager but it's not proceeding further. Please help me to face this issue. It shows me below only. There is no memory issue or CPU issues. I tried to run when there is no other user logged in.
