Python Program with Logical Thinking try to solve this if you are expert

2 friends A & B, both equally and very smart, lock horns over a card game, with C as the dealer. A, B, C are in separate roomsThis question is required. * game setup: A and B can't see/ talk to each other. Now, 7 cards, numbered 2^(1 through 7), are stacked in ascending order in C's room. C picks an adjacent pair of cards, shuffles them, and gives one to A and the other to B. Both unaware of the other's card.

rules: both A, B get to take home money proportional to the # on their respective cards. A, B are, however, are given one chance to exchange their cards with each other. An exchange happens only when both independently wish to exchange(each unaware of the other's choice to exchange). Both players want to make maximum money.
