Percentage formula based on condition in Excel

*)First:- my A1 value is below 100000 then discount should be reflected as a 0, *)Second:- my value is in between 100,000 to 10,00,000 the Discount would be 5% on the subtotal of subtracting the 100000 value. i.e. =(A1-100000)*2%. *)Third:-If my A1 value is between 10,00,000 to 15,00,000 then discount value would be apply as a 3% of sub total of (A1-100000)*2%. it means up to 10,00,000 discount would be 5% and on remaining value it would be 3% )Forth:- If my Value A1 is between 15,00,000 to 30,00,000 then my discount value would be apply as a 2% on the sub total of (A1-100000)2%.it means up to 10,00,000 discount would be 5% and on remaining value it would be 2%

I have prepared some part of the formula, i.e. =if(A1>100000,A1-100000)*2% However, for the remaining formula request you to kindly help.
