Nodejs Websocket and Ec2 Load balancer not working

I am currently having an issue deploying my web app on amazon and wondering what causes the problem. My setup is composed of 1 ec2 instance using Application Load balancer so i can implement SSL.

And under the Target groups is got this configurations

The port 80, 443 and port 3000(node server) is working fine but the port 5000(websocket) and 8000(videocall) is not working.

I'm using the WS for nodejs not the socket io

I hope you can help me with this issue.
