Is there a way to specify different Chrome theme colors for light and dark mode in the OS?

Is there a way to specify different Chrome theme colors for light and dark mode in the OS?

In other words, is it possible to make Chrome use a theme's light colors when the Windows "default app mode" is light and use dark colors when the mode is dark? I'm aware that Chrome does this by default, however I want to to customize these colors.
