.htaccess / looking for a solution to rewrite a url section

i'm looking for a solution to rewrite a url request from: domain.de#top4 --> domain.de#newTop4.

Any ideas?

Does not work:

Redirect /index.html#top4-kompass /index.html#analysen/analyseKompass

RewriteEngine On RewriteRule /index.html#top4-kompass /index.html#analysen/analyseKompass [R=301,L]
