How to upload videos to an interactive website

Please I am building a website with Php for students to have access to tutorial videos after making payments, where they will be redirected to a page where the videos are(lecture.php). I would need help in figuring out the best or secured possible means for the tutorial videos to be on the page thus (lecture.php). I was thinking I will upload the videos to a database then later fetch these videos from the database into the page, all other options are welcomed as I have less knowledge on how to do it.
