How to intagrate R in QGIS on Macbook?

I have installed QGIS 3.18.0-Zürich and R version 4.0.4 on my macOS BigSur. I am new to QGIS but I downloaded the Processing R Provider plugin on my QGIS and everything seemed to be working just fine Processing Toolbox with R plugin

But when I try to use it, the following message appears:

This algorithm cannot be run :-( This algorithm requires R to be run. Unfortunately, it seems that R is not installed in your system, or it is not correctly configured to be used from QGIS Click here to know more about how to install and configure R to be used with QGIS

I really don't know what's going on, I have installed the plugin correctly, but it won't work.

Anyone have an idea what might be going on and how can I fix it?
