How do i make sure the my 360 Video is compatible with YouTube before uploading?

I am using metadata injector to update my Hero Max 360 video, but some times after Upload YouTube complaints about the video and I have start over again.

The upload process take days and also hits my Data Limits.

Is there a way to make sure that my 360 Video is compatible with YouTube ?
