Get audit events in EMC Isilon NAS storage

I have an EMC Isilon NAS storage to share folders. I want to create a console application that monitors the file events (rename, add, delete etc.) events happening anywhere in a folder including subdirectories.

I tried the below solution but facing the issue mentioned in the question. FileSystemWatcher not working even once except for root folder having 320K subdirectories
