Estimated earnings and eCPM is decreasing - Admob

I am new to admob. I recently created an android app with admob integration and uploaded in playstore. After few months, I am getting 1000 impressions per day and match rate is also above 95%. But my eCPM cost is very low, like 0.55$. So I created mediation for ad units with high eCPM bids like 5$ for banner ads. After few ads are shown and my earnings increased to 1.50$ in half a day. But suddenly dropped to 0$ after a while on the same day. What am doing wrong and what I need to do Anyone help me with this. Thanks.
