有些事如何做: Calendar icon is appearing in wrong position [closed]

I believe following is Html/J Query issue. But I am not sure the exact root case and I have no idea where I should start fixing for that? Please shed some light on this where I should find the error cause, how can I fix, why it happens and how can I avoid similar issue happening in future? Appreciated any help.
