Android studio always be two problems: Source code does not match the bytecode and Sources for'android-all-4.3_r2-robolectric-0.jar' not found

Im new to android, and I am currently working on an Android source code project regarding Bluetooth permissions. I don't know where I went wrong, I downloaded the Android source code 9, API 28 When I try to break points in the checkComponentPermission method of activitymanager.java, there will always be two problems: Source code does not match the bytecode and Sources for'android-all-4.3_r2-robolectric-0.jar' not found.Also always pop up .class files, these files cannot be modified. Anyone could help! Thanks in advance!
