ABP Notifications Timeout

With ABP ZERO v3.8.3

As Notifications tables (AbpNotifications, AbpNotificationSubscriptions, AbpTenantNotifications, AbpUserNotifications) are quite big and return an error 500 when trying to getUserNotifications, is it possible and how to:

• increase timeout SQL Connexion on AZURE Server with SQL DB? on web.config, i've added but it doesn't work and also added Connection Timeout=300; on DB connectionString without success as well.
• empty all tables AbpNotifications, AbpNotificationSubscriptions, AbpTenantNotifications, AbpUserNotifications to start with clean tables ?
