Why custom.scss file is not working in chrome. How do I fix this? [closed]

I made my website using pinegrow and applied bootswatch theme which uses Bootstrap 4.4.1. I changed the theme color using custom.scss file. All things works perfectly in firefox and edge but not in chrome. Why custom.scss file is not working in chrome.
