How to update PuTTy color scheme using reg-files

I am trying to update my PuTTY UI color scheme using reg files but I'm not understanding how to load the reg-file and run it and save the preferences.

I want to use the following reg file. Where do I save it and how do I get putty to accept the new color scheme and save it?
