how to sum last x rows from a column? Google sheets

I need to sum values in column H for the last 52 rows with a formula. Rows will be added regularly.

in col C I have an incremental date value but this is not working. H1500 is random number, how can I get last row?

=query(A3:H1500,"select sum(H) where H is not null and c is not null order by C DESC Limit 52",-1)
