How can i create a private project?

we are just transitioning to azure and dynamics. To learn more about how projects are handled in this environment I wanted to create my own private project.

I have a visual studio enterprise subscription. But it seems to be linked to my Tenant. When i start DevOps I can only see my organisations projects.

Although i have the option to create a new organisation when i try to the error message say I do not have permissions to do this.

How can i create a private project ? If need my own organisation how can i create one ? My VS account seems to be linked to my Tenant. Can i break out and create my own Tenant/ogr/project ?
