Updating image in a POD running in EKS as part of Continuous Delivery

I am trying to find easy way to update latest image in a pod in EKS as part of Continuous Delivery in AWS. Can any one point any detailed steps to achieve the same?

My source will be ECR. That is, the image will be released in ECR. And cloudformation already created a stack for creating pods and services in EKS.

Now as part of CD, I need to update the pod with latest image.
