Tableau - Updating existing donut dashboard, change referencing etc

Data Sources used:

A) Global sales B) Local sales C) Budget and Forecast

Current dashboard - Fields to update - Channel (created group from Global sales), Net Sales(data source - Global Sales), vs budget (calculated field from Data source Budget and Forecast),

Required Dashboard - Channel (create another group from Local sales), Net Sales (data source Local sales). vs budget (calculated field from Budget and Forecast and Net Sales in order to calculate how much % of sales achieved)
