Is it possible anyone can make a macro to change the color of text on every other line?

I would like to be able to change the color of text (Red and Black) on every other line, like in this picture. But without having to do it manually. I do this all the time and thought it would be sweet to use a macro, or an alternative method.

Any help will be much appreciated, Thanks in advance.
