How to save image to sql bd in tinymce5 editor with out blob format

I'm unable to save image in database getting bellow error.

Cannot convert blob:http://domian/e5f95250-4068-46ea-9ea1-ae19e24a8899 to Blob. Resource might not exist or is inaccessible.

please suggest me steps for save image in database using angular
