How to make use of post robot framework?

I am very new to web development.So might be missing few details. Please correct me if i am wrong.

am are trying to build a web app which will be hosted inside an iframe of an another webapp. so thought post robit is the way to communicate b/w them. But in order to communicate one must know what are the available hooks or listeners.

So how can i find all the available listeners on any webapp or a window ?
