How to make quaterly year wise separated chart using JS [closed]

I want to make the line chart in which I have to show the quarterly data separated by year by using a javascript chart(chart.js or appexjs). Can anyone tell me how can make it? Kindly find below images for reference where the line chart is separated by the year which is made in tableau.
