How to get the difference between two dates excluding saturday 5am

Hope everyone is well. Can anyone help me with my problem, I have here two columns for date and time

The problem is to compute the difference between Date 2 - Date 1, but if the Date 1 is on a Saturday 5AM onwards the calculation should start Monday 6AM.
