How to determine the Android Resource ID of a Xamarin Forms control

I am using Syncfusion in a Xamarin application. I am using BorderlessEntries for a login ID and password. I am publishing my Android project on the Google Play Store and Google wants to know the Android resource ID / Android resource name for the entries so it can automate a test of my application. I am using Visual Studio and I have not been able to determine the Android resource IDs of these controls. Please tell me what I need to do. It is holding up the publishing of my application. I appreciate your help. I have a XAML login form. Is it as simple as just adding an AutomationId="" to my Syncfusion XAML?
