How to dediacted local connect block

I want to prevent IP addresses that are hosted in the same datacenter on my server from connecting to my server with the help of MicroTik or with the dediacted setting how can I do this ?

example :

I want to prevent my IP class located in the same data center from binding IP addresses located in the same data center, and this is because it prevents local ddos attacks
