How do I use JavaScript to autoplay a audio without any seconds to be taken in between?

I have a basic website that basically loops the audio forever. What I want to do is when the audio ends, how do I play the audio again without take so much seconds. I don't know if I can do that in JavaScript. Any help and advice will be accepted.
