Ec2 instance error - Permission denied @ unlink_internal

I'm getting an ec2 instance error like this

Permission denied @ unlink_internal - ./.sass-cache/4cf4513a295495886c7f76b542d7ea7acf7dc73a/(__TEMPLATE__)c  

When I deleted .sass-cach folder it solved the problem temporarily. But when I add a new instance to environment the error came back. Is there any permanent solution for this? Any help would be appreciated.
